Using your talech website, your customer can purchase and send digital gift cards using your website’s digital storefront. This article will show you how the digital gift card experience works.  

If you have not yet set up your Digital Gift Cards, you can do that by following the steps in this article: How to Set Up Digital Gift Cards. 
 

Send a Digital Gift Card 

  1. From your online ordering site, your customer selects Gift Cards > Purchase Gift Card.

  1. The customer selects a design and an amount.

  1. In the Personalize your gift card section, the customer enters their name and a message.   
  2. In the Delivery section, the customer enters the recipient's email address and a send date to deliver the eGift card.

  1. In the Payment section, the customer enters their payment details and selects Confirm Purchase.

The sender receives an email confirmation receipt upon successfully processing their payment.  

Receive a digital gift card 

The recipient receives an email on the date specified during checkout. The email contains the gift card details, a bar code for scanning in-store, digital wallet links, and your business details with a link to your website.
