To configure the register to withhold a percentage of tips, please follow the instructions below.
Set up Withheld Tips
- From the main Register, tap on Dashboard > Back Office > Settings.
- Tap on Tips Withheld.
- Enter the percentage rate based on your merchant fees, then tap on Done.
