Equipment Help (talech) FAQ

This article will show you how you can customize your business information and message at the bottom of receipts. This information can be updated on talech.com.   

 

Note: talech does not currently offer the ability to add logos/images to receipts.

 

In this article 

 

Editing your business info on receipts   

  1. Log in to talech.com
  2. Navigate to Settings > Business Info.

  1. Edit the desired business information. Information that will be displayed on the receipt includes:   

  • Business Name   
  • Full Address  
  • Business Phone 
  • Website

Customizing a message for the bottom of receipts  

  1. Log in to talech.com
  2. Navigate to Settings > Receipt.

  1. Add a short message to the bottom of the receipt in the Custom Message field. Preview your receipt in the Preview window on the right.  
  2. Select Save when done.
