A typical flow:

  1. The customer calls and confirms the order with your sales representative.
  2. When it is time to pay, the representative uses Paytura-backed workflows—such as a secure pay-by-link sent by text or email, or a guided IVR handoff.
  3. Card data is captured in a PCI-aligned path; the customer never speaks digits into a recorded queue.
