Within an order on the talech app you may need at times to edit an individual item; this is extremely straightforward as you can see below.
- You can remove the item from the order by swiping to the left on the desired item and selecting Delete.
- To edit the order you simply need to select the item and you will be able to make any changes you need to the price or taxes on the item.
Additional Details
If the items have already been sent to the kitchen, you can adjust an item; however, you will need to inform the kitchen manually as talech’s system will not.
| Note: If you forgot to add a paid add-on when sending an item to the kitchen but need to ensure the customer is billed correctly, editing an item within an Order is the best practice. |
