The Paytura Knowledge Base organizes guides and FAQs into categories such as Sales & Objections, Products, and Support.

  • Public articles — Visible to everyone; no sign-in required.
  • Internal articles — Visible only to signed-in administrators with Knowledge Base access (for example, sales objection handling and BD toolkit content).
  • Public & Internal — Visible to everyone; useful for content that serves both customers and staff.
